There was a small, tiny, puny, easy to make mistake on my order. Once informed them of the mistake, AIS did what a great company does. They were on it like white on rice. The next dayI was sent an email confirming my original order and a second email assuring the prompt replacement. Both accompanied with apologies. We all make mistakes, what really matters, is how we respond to them.
By the way, the belts are fantastic. The seams are smoother and the belts run flatter than my old ones. That helps minimize the amount of metal I have to remove when re-establishing the bevels on my plane blades.
